The Proteus arriving at Alonissos - ANES keeping Transport alive to the Islands

This is the Proteus arriving at Alonissos today. I just wanted to say not only how grateful we are that it continues to offer us a great service, but also to say how brilliant their customer service is.

We arrived in Volos on last Wednesday after a long drive from the UK hoping to book a ticket for us and the car for the Thursday crossing. Unfortunately it was full for vehicles owing to the previous bank holiday and the bad weather that had halted all sailings.

Within 2 hours they rang us and said that they had just had a cancellation and that they could fit us in. Brilliant! Thats what I call personal service and all done with a smile.
