The Municipality of Alonissos announces that it is starting the operation of the Sports Programs 2019 - 2020 in co-operation with the General Sports Secretariat.
The programs begin on Thursday, November 7. To register in one of the sports departments it is necessary to fill in a relevant application form either with Mrs Maria Anagnostou and Mrs Bente Keller, or at the town hall.

The program of the sports departments is as follows:
Preschool Exercise - Instrumental / Rhythmic Gymnastics (3-5 years old):
Monday & Wednesday 16:00 - 17:00 at the Gymnasium / High School gym
Sport and Child - Instrumental / Rhythmic Gymnastics (6-12 years old)
Tuesday 16:00 - 17:00, Thursday 17:00 - 18:00 & Friday 16:00 - 17:00 at the Gymnasium / High School gym
Adolescence Exercise - Muscle Strength (13-18 years old)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 17:00 - 18:00 in the municipal gym
Youth Exercise - Muscle Strength (19-30 years old)
Tuesday 17:00 - 18:00 & Wednesday & Friday 18:00 - 19:00 at the municipal gym
Adult Exercise (19-75 years old)

Muscle Strengthening / Rehabilitation
