Fence around the playground in Votsi

Do you remember when we could play on playgrounds, the swings, the roundabout, slides and climbing frames without the Health and Safety issue hanging over our heads........dangerous times.
Well now they've put a green metal fence around the playground in Votsi................just in case.
Is it to keep people out or keep the kids in?
