Dont Fish Illegally for sea Urchins

Not many know but sea urchin fishing is strictly prohibited by in Greece and if caught you will face fines ranging from 400-3000 euros.

Note that the commercial fishing and processing of sea urchins is controlled, at least formally, by the Greek authorities.
