Shock in Rosoum with rat poison

But for the fast thinking of the owner and vet a dog may have died from eating rat poison. It looks like the poison had been placed outside wrapped in something edible to attract animals to eat it.

We are not sure how malicious this was but whoever did this needs to stop before something more serious happens.

Its not known if there is any other poison that has been laid so if you are an animal owner please be very careful and take precautions.
