Alonissos Running Club has started couch to 5k training

Budding hardy athletes have stated training under the guidance of Sue, all are welcome. Training takes place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8.30am and usually lasts around 45 minutes.

Please come and join us at any time, its low key, fun and isn't extreme in any way.
